Event management:
Responsibility for all operational aspects of event management including event planning and layout, coordination of city services and permits, food vendor and beverage concessions management, security, and best of all our unlimited amount of talent to entertain your event.

Our artist Roster, consist of professional performers in the music business that is affordable for your event. If you would like to have national acts we can handle that as well by executing all contracts as well as meeting the artists technical and performance requirements. You tell us the artist you want and we will handle the rest.

Venue Management:
J. & P. Productions can manage fixed facility food and beverage concessions and other services at any size concert or event venue.
We currently operate beverage bars, food concessions, and merchandise sales, as well as coordinate catering and third party vendors at smaller venues ranging from your local bar and grill to major festivals.

J. & P. Productions provides any level of service required for your event or festival food and beverage needs - from consulting, to vendor recruitment, to full service turn-key management of your concessions operations. Among the services we provide:
· Beverage Concessions
· Liaison with Sponsors for Concessions Sales
· Recruitment and Placement of Food Vendors
· Recruitment and Placement of Merchandise, Artist, and other Vendors
· Coordination and Monitoring or Turn-Key Management of Performer/Concert Merchandise Sales
· Coordination with City/County/State Agencies for Permits & Licenses
· Site Planning and Mapping to Determine Vendor and Concessions Layouts
· Point of Sale Signage, Posters, Banners, and other Materials for Event Enhancement
· Management and Consulting for "In-House" Event Concessions Programs
· Coordination with Ancillary Vendors including Security Services, ATM's, Interactive Games, etc.

Applications are available through the links at the buttom of this page. If a Health Department Application is needed, it will be included as the last page(s) of the Food Vendor Application. Like last year, ALL pages included in the application (including the Health Department application, if applicable) will need to be completed.
We are always looking for a wide range of vendors and subcontractors to add to the festivals and special events which we manage.
In addition, we often refer vendors and subcontractors to events who contact
us for resources.
